2nd Anniversary: Eleta Oluyara Congratulates Gov. Ododo, Calls for Upgrade of Stool to First Class

The Eleta Oluyara of Iyara, headquarters of Ijumu Local Government Area, HRH. Oba Engr. Jacob Meduteni has extended his felicitations as well as that of the people of Iyara to Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on the second Anniversary of his inauguration as the fifth Executive Governor of Kogi State.

 

Oba Meduteni in a statement, conveyed the Felicitations of the entire Iyara Community to the Governor and his Deputy, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo on their remarkable two years in Office.

According to him, the people of Kogi State have enjoyed dividends of democracy, saying the State has changed from what it used to be in the area of welfare of the people and the State economy.

 

The Eleta Oluyara noted that the remarkable achievements recorded under the present administration in the last two years with the Governor providing purposeful leadership is laudable.

 

 

“Iyara Community is proud to associate with His Excellency Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo on the special occasion of his second Anniversary. There is no doubt that you are God sent and your emergence as attested to by many is an act of Almighty God.”

 

“May Almighty God grant you more wisdom and good health to move our dear State to an enviable height of Development, peace and prosperity,” he prayed.

 

“On behalf of the Iyara Community both home and Diaspora, I assure you that we will continue to support your administration by maintaining peace to enable you to do more.

 

He thanked the Governor for the construction of Staff quarters for Medical Workers at FSP Clinic Iyara and the appointment of Iyara sons to contribute to his success story.

 

Oba Meduteni appealed to Governor Ododo to upgrade his stool  as it remains the only stool in Local Government Headquarters in the State that is yet to be upgraded.
