Ododo Inspects Korede Road in Kabba, Commends Arc. Salman for Quality Representation

Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, has commissioned the Southward Hospital in Edunmo, Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area, describing it as a major boost to healthcare delivery in the state.

The hospital, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, is expected to enhance access to quality medical services for residents and neighbouring communities.

During the visit, the Governor also inspected the ongoing Korede Road project in Kabba, which is nearing completion.

The project was facilitated by Salman Idris, representing Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency.

Korede Road is one of four road construction projects currently ongoing in the constituency through the efforts of the federal lawmaker.

Governor Ododo expressed high satisfaction with the quality and pace of work, noting that the project meets expected standards.

He commended Hon. Salman Idris for his commitment to grassroots development and for partnering with the state government to deliver impactful infrastructure.

The Governor stressed that such collaboration remains vital in accelerating development across communities.
Residents also praised the projects, noting that they will significantly improve movement and boost economic activities in the area.
