Sons and daughters of Iyara, headquarters of Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State on Sunday hosted the Executive Secretary of Kogi State Health Insurance Agency, Dr. Adekunle Aledare to a reception where they commended him for a job well done in piloting the affairs of the Agency.
The Community under the Umbrella of Iyara Development Association IDA, Lokoja Branch also presented an Award of Excellence on the Executive Secretary, expressing gratitude to him for a job well done.

Speaking, the Branch Chairman of IDA Lokoja, Elder Moses Omonisaiye described Dr. Aledare as one of the pillars of the Branch as the Community is satisfied with his performance as over 270,000 enrolees have been enjoying the service of the the Agency.
He celebrated the Kogi Health Insurance Boss for his humility and for always opening his doors to members of the Association, describing his appointment as a step in the right direction.
According to him, as a rare breed personality and Goal getter, members are proud of his modest achievements.
The Chairman conveyed the gratitude of members to Dr. Aledare for his financial and moral support always, and prayed to God to reward him.
Responding, Dr. Aledare noted that the Award and Honour is the best so far as he cherished it, coming from his brothers and sisters.
According to him, while the honour will spur him to do more, all sons and daughters of Iyara must do everything humanly possible to move the Community forward.
He dedicated the Award to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for reappointing him and believing in his capacity to contribute to the development of the State.
The Executive Secretary also dedicated the Award to his family particularly his Late Father, who encouraged him to study medicine at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State.
He reiterated that the Agency will continue to carry out its assignment towards improving the health conditions of the people of the State.
