The Provost, Kogi State College of Education Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba FCNA has congratulated the Senior Special Assistant on Local Content, Hon. Kamaldeen Toyin popularly known as “Doctor” as he marks his birthday.
Dr. Fashagba in a statement he personally signed, said birthday is a period to reflect on the past and express gratitude to God, the Giver of life.
The Provost, who described the Governor’s Aide as a Political Juggernaut and a Loyal party man, said he is an hardened believer in the Capacity of former Governor Yahaya Bello and current Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

I have known Hon. Kamaldeen Toyin for quite a while as a Political Strategist and Juggernaut, who has paid his dues to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
He charged him to sustain his loyalty to the Party and the present administration of Governor Ododo.
