The Provost, Kogi State College of Education Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba has celebrated with the State Deputy Governor, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo on the Occasion of his birthday.
In a statement made available to Newsmen in Lokoja, Capital of the Confluence State, Dr. Fashagba described Comrade Oyibo as an Educationist per excellence, loyal Deputy Governor and a humble man, with an outstanding leadership style.
The Provost applauded the Deputy Governor for his interest in the development of the College, saying as an Alumni of the Institution, the College is proud of him.
He lauded the harmonious working relationship of Comrade Oyibo and his Boss, His Excellency Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, pointing out that the two Leaders are humility personified.
