Community leaders described the conferment as more than a personal honour, saying it represents a step toward peaceful coexistence, inter-community goodwill, and collective development between Ekinrin-Adde and Egbeda-Egga.

By celebrating service over status, you have shown the depth of your tradition and commitment to rewarding excellence.” He applauded the conferment of Honourary Chieftaincy Titles on Dr Otitolaiye and his wife, describing the honour as a testament to the peaceful coexistence among the people of both communities.
The event is expected to draw traditional rulers, community leaders, and dignitaries, including sons and daughters of Ekinrin-Adde and Egbeda-Egga from all walks of life.
