KOSIEC Declares APC Winner of 21 Chairmanship Seats, 239 Councillorships

The Chairman Of the Kogi State Independent Electoral Commission (KOSIEC), Mamman Nda Eric has declared the results of the 19th October local government elections held in the State.

 

Declaring the results at the State headquarters of the Commission, the chairman said the All Progressives Congress (APC) won in all the 21 local government Chairmanship seats.

 

According to him, the ruling party also won all the 239 wards councillorship positions.

 

He described the election as free, fair and credible.
