The Managing Director, Ajaokuta Steel Company, Prof. Nasir Naheem Salami has donated hospital equipment worth over 3 millions Naira to the cottage hospital equipment in Ayegunle Gbedde, Ijumu Local Government.
Receiving the equipment, the Olu of Ayegunle Gbedde, Oba Lateef Haruna, the Alafin 11 expressed appreciation to the Managing Director for the gesture which he described as Lauderdale.

He prayed Allah to reward Prof. Nasir and urged him and other individuals of the community to continue in the development of the community.
The equipment were received by the Olu Ayegunle Gbedde, who handed them to the health committee of the community for onward delivery to the staff of the hospital.
