Kogi State Commissioner for Environment, Hon. Victor Adewale Omofaiye has congratulated Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Prince Matthew Kolawole on his victory at the Supreme Court which upheld the verdict of Appeal Court on the suit challenging his victory as the winner of All Progressives Congress APC Primary election for Kabba-Bunu Ijumu Federal Constituency.
Hon. Omofaiye, while reacting to the Apex Court ruling in a statement made he personally signed, described the ruling as well deserved and a cheering news for the APC in Kabba Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency.
According to him, now that the legal battle is over, the next is to focus on winning the election overwhelmingly for the ruling party.
He urged Prince Kolawole to be magnanimous on victory by extending hand of fellowship to the Plaintiff and others who contested against him at the Primary.m
Hon. Omofaiye assured of his support as well as that of his teaming supporters to the victory of the party at the election.
