Following the appointment of a Grassroots Politician, Comrade Abdullahi Adamu, as Caretaker Transition Committee Chairman in Local Government Area, the Bajana of ObajanaOba Engr. Idowu Osenibi has extended his felicitations to the Chairman on his well deserved appointment.
Oba Isenibi in a statement said the entire Obajana community received the news with great joy as the new Caretaker Chairman is tested and trusted Leader, who will bring his wealth of experience to bear in carrying out his duty.
He described the appointment as a right choice, expressing optimism that the Appointee will justify the trust reposed in him.
Oba Isenibi expressed optimism that the Appointee as a youthful and resourceful Personality will use his new position to promote peace and tranquility which are necessary for development and progress.
He thanked the State Governor, Alh. Yahaya Bello for finding Comrade Abdullahi Adamu worthy of the appointment, describing the gesture as thoughtful and right for Lokoja people.
The Traditional Ruler while pledging his support to the New Caretaker Chairman, enjoined sons and daughters of the Area to support Comrade Abdullahi Adamu with prayer and everything humanly possible for the development of the Local Government.
