The Bajana of Obajana in Lokoja Local Government Area, Oba Idowu Isenibi has congratulated Comrade Siyaka Yakubu Adabenege, former Personal Assistant to Kogi Governor-Elect on his appointment as Auditor General for Local Government.
Kogi State House of Assembly had on Wednesday screened and confirmed the nomination of Comrade Adabenege by Governor Yahaya Bello.
But the Royal Father in a statement commended the Governor for the choice of the new Local Government Auditor General, saying his appointment was a result of absolute loyalty.
He noted that Comrade Adabenege had served the Governor-Elect, Alhaji Usman Ododo when he was the Auditor General for Local Government, noting that the appointment is a step in the right direction.
The Obajana Paramount Ruler wished the new Auditor General for Local Government well with uncommon wisdom and good health to pilot the affairs of his office.
