A Hospitality Expert, Alh. Aliyu Badaki has charged Islamic Leaders in Kogi State to sustain the already existing religious harmony with followers of other faiths.
Alh. Badaki, the Managing Director of Blissy Hospitality Services Ltd, Abuja, made the call at the 33rd Edition of Kogi State Annual Qur’an Recitation Competition tagged “Okun Land 2024” held at Ifeolukotun, Yagba East Local Government Area.

The Managing Director, who was the Chairman of the Occasion, described Islam as a religion of peace, saying the religion has played critical role in ensuring peaceful coexistence in the country.
He stressed the need for the Islamic Leaders to do more of propagation of Islam in a bid to reduce social vices in the society.
According to him, the sustenance of the Qur’an Competition is commendable and congratulated Okun Muslims for successfully hosting the programme.
He enjoined Muslim Parents to build a good foundation for their children and wards with the learning of the Holy Qur’an.
The Competition was organised by Kogi State Council of Ulamau in conjunction with Jammatu Nasir Islam (JNI) and Okun land Local Organising Committee for Musabaqa.
