The Provost, Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba has congratulated the immediate Past Governor of the State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on the occasion of his birthday.
Dr. Fashagba in a statement he personally signed and made available to Newsmen described the former Governor as the Architect of Youthful and Resourceful politics in Kogi State, hence the call for him to represent Kogi Central at the Senate.
The Statement read in part “It is with immense joy, profound admiration, and a deep sense of gratitude that I, on behalf of the entire management, staff, and students of Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, extend our heartfelt congratulations to you on the auspicious occasion of your birthday.”
“Your Excellency, Sir, today is not merely a celebration of the anniversary of your birth. It is a celebration of a life purposefully lived, a legacy boldly written, and a people profoundly impacted. Your eight years of visionary and transformative leadership as Executive Governor of Kogi State stand as an enduring testament to what is possible when commitment, courage, and competence converge in the service of a great people.
Under your distinguished stewardship, Kogi State witnessed unprecedented strides in infrastructure, security, youth empowerment, and institutional development.
“Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, was not left behind in your developmental strides, and the academic community you nurtured remains a living monument to your investment in human capital and the future of education in our dear state, the Provost added.
Your Excellency, history will be kind to you — because you were kind to history. You governed with an iron will, a compassionate heart, and an uncommon dedication to the Kogi people that continues to resonate long after your tenure. The seeds you planted in the soil of this state are still germinating, and generations yet unborn will rise to call you blessed.
On this glorious day, we pray that the Almighty God continues to shower you with excellent health, boundless wisdom, renewed strength, and many more fruitful years of impactful service to Kogi State, Nigeria, and humanity at large. May every vision you carry in your heart find fulfilment, and may your influence continue to radiate across our state and nation.
