The Egbeda-Egga Development Union (EDU) has felicitated with Prince Olatunji Olusoji, the Otunba Atunluse of Egbeda-Egga, on the occasion of his birthday, commending his exemplary philanthropy, generosity, and invaluable contributions to the socio-economic development of the community.
In its birthday felicitation, the Union, through its President, Dr Emmanuel Dare Otitolaiye, described Prince Olusoji as a distinguished friend and benefactor of Egbeda-Egga whose commitment to humanitarian service and community advancement deserves recognition and appreciation.
The Union noted that it was no coincidence that Prince Olusoji was conferred with the prestigious chieftaincy title of Otunba Atunluse of Egbeda-Egga in his birth month. It described the timing as particularly symbolic, reflecting the community’s appreciation of his goodwill, contributions, and enduring interest in its progress and development.
According to EDU, the honour represents more than a traditional distinction; it is an expression of the community’s gratitude and recognition of a worthy benefactor whose generosity and commitment to the welfare of others exemplify the values of service, compassion, and collective responsibility. His conferment also underscores the importance of fostering enduring partnerships between communities and individuals who demonstrate genuine interest in their development, irrespective of their place of origin.
The Union particularly applauded Prince Olusoji’s philanthropic disposition and support for initiatives aimed at improving the socio-economic well-being of Egbeda-Egga. It observed that the contributions of well-meaning individuals such as him help strengthen communal bonds, promote shared prosperity, and create opportunities for sustainable development.
EDU further emphasised that meaningful community development thrives on collaboration, generosity, and a shared commitment to the common good. It therefore encouraged other friends and well-wishers of Egbeda-Egga to emulate this spirit of partnership by supporting initiatives that advance the community’s collective aspirations.
As Prince Olusoji celebrates another year, the Union wishes him sound health, happiness, peace, and continued success in his personal and professional endeavours. It expresses the hope that the new year will bring him greater accomplishments, renewed opportunities to touch lives, and even more fulfilling avenues for service to humanity.
The Egbeda-Egga Development Union congratulates Prince Olatunji Olusoji, the Otunba Atunluse of Egbeda-Egga, and wishes him many more fruitful years of fulfilment, prosperity, and impactful service to humanity.
Happy Birthday, Otunba Atunluse.
