The Akinrin of Ekinrin land, Oba Johnson Kolade Otitoju, has expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the organizers of the Ekinrin-Adde Day celebration, commending them for a job well done.
On behalf of the Ekinrin Community and the Ekinrin Traditional Council, he congratulated the people of Ekinrin-Adde for the resounding success of the event.
Oba Otitoju noted that it was a rare feat for the community to host two significant occasions within a week, with the Chief Servant of the State in attendance. He praised the EXCO for their excellent work but also pointed out areas that needed improvement for the 2026 edition.
The monarch expressed hope that well-informed and endowed sons and daughters of Ekinrin-Adde who were absent would participate in future events. He concluded by invoking divine blessings upon the community, wishing them continued greatness.
