The Eleta Oluyara of Iyara, headquarters of Ijumu Local Government Area, Oba Jacob Meduteni has expressed the deepest condolences of the Community to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo over the death of his father, Alh. Ahmed Momoh Sani Ododo.
Oba Meduteni in a statement, described the death of Alh. Momoh Sani Ododo as a great loss, coming at the time the Governor needed his wise counsels.
He noted that the family, people of Kogi Central and the entire State should be consoled in the fact that the deceased lived a fulfilled life worthy of emulation, especially the gift of the Governor, who has been adjudged to be a sincere leader that is down to earth.
The Eleta Oluyara enjoined Governor Ododo to continue to sustain the legacies of his father by upholding equity, fairness and justice.
He prayed God to grant him the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and the family, praying for the repose of the soul of the soul of Alh. Momoh Sani Ododo.
