An Ex Aspirant for Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency, who recently decamped to the ruling party, All Progressive Congress (APC), Hon Musa Olumayowa Yakubu on Wednesday paid a private visit to the National Chairman of the Party, Senator Abdullahi Adamu at the Headquarters, Abuja.
Hon. Musa had in 2019 contested the Reps seat under the platform of the PDP until his defection to APC.
Speaking during the visit, recalled that in 2017, when Senator Abdullahi Adamu was the Senate Committee’s Chairman on Agriculture, he was at his Aso Villa residence, Abuja to discuss Nigeria’s stake in a programme holding in Bankgkok, Thailand, tagged Nigeria-Thai Investment Forum as we were expected to attend the programme together. Unfortunately, Senator Abdullahi couldn’t attend with us due to his tight schedule.
On his emergence as the APC National Chairman which almost coincided with the time Hon. Musa decamped to the party, the Former Reps Hopeful said Senator Adamu has contributed to the success of the Party.
According to him, the visit was to congratulate the Chairman on his emergence and prayed for his unparalleled success in office.
He also used the visit to present a greeting card to the National Chairman.
Senator Abdullahi Adamu warmly received him, happily accepted the greeting card and personally placed it at a strategic place in his office.
He wished Hon. Musa Olumayowa Yakubu a remarkable political success ahead.
