The Governorship Candidate of Action Alliance, Olayinka Braimoh on Monday tasked the Ward and Local Government Executives of the Party in Yagba Federal Constituency to take the message of hope of wealth creation to the nooks and crannies of the Constituency.

Braimoh while speaking at the inauguration of the Executive at Isanlu, Yagba East Local Government Area, told the Executives not to be afraid or intimidated, but to strive hard towards liberating the State from poverty.

According to him, “I am on an assignment to create wealth for our people in Kogi State with my STAT Agenda. This project is not realizable without your support and all hands must be on deck.”

He further said “Enough of households begging to feed themselves. Enough of borrowing before paying children’s school fees. Kogi State must be liberated from poverty and I have the blueprint of increasing cash flow into our State if elected”

“Four administrations have piloted the affairs of our State and their complaint is lack of funds. The one that executed projects could not pay salaries while the one that paid salaries could not execute projects. Our focus is to drive cash flow and create wealth for our people because that is the obvious challenge currently.

“Our people are hungry, our people are suffering, majority of our people, so much poverty in the land. That is why I decided to contest to ensure wealth creation and wealth distribution. When you can create wealth for the people, the government too will make money to address the infrastructure deficit that we have today” said Braimoh.

Responding on behalf of the new Executives, Mr. Ayeni Emmanuel, Chairman of AA in Yagba East said they are ready to work for the success of the party to reduce percentage salaries, especially at the Local Government level.

He called on the electorate in the State to get their PVCs to vote en masse for AA to put an end to poverty in the State.

The Coordinator of Braimoh Support Organization (BSO), Comr. Adepele Kayode said the recent defection from the party is an indication that people of the State have seen the light.

Comr. Kayode reiterated his readiness to work for the overall victory of Olayinka Braimoh and Alh. Yahaya Tijani Imam come November 11th.
