Ijumu Assembly Member Celebrates Yeye Oba of Iyara @ 69

The Lawmaker representing Ijumu Constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Princess Omotayo Adeleye-Ishaya has congratulated the Yeye Oba of Iyara land, Chief Amb. Olufunmilayo Bodunde on her 69th birthday.

 

 

Princess Adeleye-Ishaya in a congratulatory message made available to Journalists in Lokoja, described the celebrant as a well respected woman in Okun land, Kogi State, Nigeria and the world, in view of her generosity and philanthropic gestures.

 

The State Lawmaker recalls the massive support of the Yeye Oba and members of Ijumu Women Council during her electioneering campaign and after the victory, saying their cooperation contributed to the history of having the first female Lawmaker from the Area.

 

She also described Chief Olufunmilayo Bodunde as an Amazon and Icon, who has been using her time and resources for the service of God and humanity.

 

Prince Adeleye-Ishaya applauded the Yeye Oba for giving quality representation to the women folks, pointing out that her remarkable achievements have endeared women to her.

 

While praying to God to grant her fruitful years ahead in good health, the Lawmaker wished her a long life of impact and service to humanity.
