The people of Iyah Gbede Community in Ijumu Local Government Area, Kogi State have rejoiced with the new Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Joash Amupitan SAN on his well deserved appointment.
According to a statement signed by the National President of Iyah Gbede Development Association (IDA), Dr. Emmanuel Jeminiwa and National Secretary, Engr. Joseph Aiyenigba on behalf of the Oba-in-Council, the Community described the appointment as a monumental and historic achievement.
