Kogi Environment Commissioner Urges Ijumu People to Support Gov Bello

Kogi State Commissioner of Environment, Chief Victor Adewale Omofaiye on Saturday called on the people of Ijumu Local Government to continue in the Support for the State Governor, Alh. Yahaya Bello.

Chief Omofaiye made the call while speaking with The Drum Reporters at the 2022 Ekinrin Adde Day celebration.

The Commissioner, who stressed the need for peaceful coexistence, said peace is important to development of any society.

He said the Government of Governor Bello has priotized security, quality health care as well as youths and women engagement in governance, saying the present administration is committed to doing more.

Chief Omofaiye commended the Olu Adde of Ekinrin Adde, Olu Anthony Bamigbaiye Idowu for uniting the people and maintaining peace in his domain, saying his appointment as first class chief if well deserved.
