100 Days in Office: Ijumu LG CTC Salutes Gov. Ododo, Deputy, Says Kogi in Save Hands of Unity, Development and Growth

 

The Caretaker Chairman of Ijumu Local Government Area, Alh. Ibrahim Haruna has congratulated Kogi State Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and his Deputy on their eventful 100 days in office.

 

Alh. Haruna in a Felicitation Message he personally signed, says the last over three months in office has been remarkable with the sustenance of the legacies of the immediate past administration as well as introduction of new ideas.

 

The Caretaker Chairman said the regular payment of salaries to workers, resumption of payment of Bursary to students, proposed Kogi Cargo Airport, distribution of vehicles and motorcycles to local Vigilante Group as well as the quarterly palliative programme are pointers to the fact that, Governor Ododo is a good successor.

 

In his words “On behalf of my family, management and Staff as well as the entire good people of Ijumu Kingdom, I congratulate our dynamic and able Governor, His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, The Flower Boy himself on the auspicious occasion of his 100 days in office. I also congratulate the Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Comrade Joel Oyibo on this special day.”

 

Despite legal distractions challenging the overwhelming victory of Governor Ododo, the Governor had remain focused and committed to delivering dividends of democracy to the people. This is an indication that his emergence is Divine and demonstration of the Hand of God in Kogi.

 

While expressing optimism that the State will witness more unity, development and economic growth under the Renewed Hope Agenda of Governor Ododo, Alh. Haruna expressed hope that the Governor will triumph despite legal distractions.

 

He prayed God to grant him more wisdom, good health and all needed to deliver his promises to the people of Kogi State.
