The Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Kogi state command, Anthony Anene has charged the newly recruited officers and men of the service to discharge their duties without seeking for any gratification.

The Kogi state Comptroller gave the charge in Lokoja during the passing out parade of the Nigeria Immigration recruit 2023, Kogi state command.

Mr Anene who said the service has an entrenched system for dealing with disciplinary cases noted that the service also has its reward system for officers who distinguished themselves.

He said the service was founded and embedded on discipline and obedience to hierarchy, urging them to align themselves with the entrenched tradition at all times.

He congratulated the new recruit for life transformation saying their loyalty is the service’s expectation.

About 197 personnel were recruited in Kogi State.
