Loyalty rewarded: Leaders hail Chief Ipinmisho’s Appointment as Special Adviser

Leaders associates, and well-wishers gathered in large numbers to celebrate the elevation of Very High Chief Shuaib Ipinmisho, Olukoko Arolupotopoto of Ogidi Kingdom, as Special Adviser to the Kogi State Governor on Land Matters.

 

The event drew political allies, traditional stakeholders, and friends who converged to honour a man widely regarded for his loyalty, diligence, and commitment to service, with the turnout reflecting the esteem in which he is held across Kogi State and beyond.

 

Dignitaries present included the Pro-Chancellor, Federal University of Education, Pankshin, Hon. Funsho Olumoko; the Kogi State Commissioner for Innovation, Science and Technology, Dr Helen Aderibigbe Adeniyi; the General Manager, Kogi State Hotel and Tourism Board, Omo’ba Sesan Orebiyi; and the APC candidate for Ijumu I State Constituency, Hon. Femi Esemikose.

 

Congratulatory messages were also received from the Kogi State Security Adviser and National Leader of the Kogi West APC Leaders Forum, Commander Jerry Omodara; the Director-General of the Okun League of Progressive Elites (OLOPE), Hon. Alfred Bello; the Provost of Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, Dr Paul Femi Fashagba; Chief Taye Ikupeleye; and Ambassador Oladele John Nihi.

 

Speaking at the ceremony, Omo’ba Orebiyi described the elevation as “long overdue,” describing Chief Ipinmisho as a hardworking and loyal politician of principle and conviction.

 

Hon. Olumoko said he had no doubt Chief Ipinmisho would excel in his new office, citing his experience, capacity, and commitment to service.

 

Also speaking, Dr Adeniyi described the appointment as well deserved, noting that Chief Ipinmisho had paid his dues with integrity and commitment, and expressed confidence that he would add value to the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

 

Guests at the event pledged their continued support for Chief Ipinmisho and reaffirmed their commitment to working with him to advance the development agenda of the Ododo administration.
