The Chairman, Board of Trustees of University of Ilorin, Alumni Association, Hon. Cecilia Cook has congratulated Nigerians on the celebration of the New Year.
Hon. Cook, the former past Executive Chairman of Kogi State Science, Technical Education and Teaching Service Commission (STETSCOM) in a statement urged the people to be more united and love one another in the new year.
The BoT Chairman, who expressed gratitude to God for witnessing a new Year, congratulated students, management and Staff of the University as well as members of the Alumni Association for the successful crossover into 2025.
Hon. Cook reiterated that the confidence reposed in her as the Chairman BoT will be justified with innovations that will restore the lost glory of the Association.
She expressed optimism that the new year will usher good tidings to the Alumni Association University and the Nation at large.
