In his address, he underscored that Development does not occur by chance or happenstance but through deliberate, intentional and coordinated actions of a visionary leader.

He articulated that the relationship among Academia, Society, and Government resembles a tripod that must function cohesively to achieve national prosperity.

He noted that while academia generates the research, information, innovation, and technology essential for societal progress, the industry is responsible for applying and implementing these academic outputs, with the government providing the necessary framework for both academia and industry to flourish.

In reference to his personal experiences within the real estate sector, he articulated the necessity of a comprehensive plan involving various professionals, including architects, building engineers, civil engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and interior decorators, to successfully create a product suitable for sale or habitation.

He drew a parallel to the essential collaboration required among academia, industry, and government, asserting that this approach is crucial in governance to have successful outcomes.

He underscored the importance of individual contributions to national development, noting that even the smallest informed decisions made daily can significantly impact national prosperity.

He urged all citizens to strive to make positive contributions in their respective spheres, as this is the most effective means of fostering national prosperity.

Braimoh is an award-winning speaker on wealth creation. He was the Action Alliance Candidate in the 2023 governorship election in Kogi State, with his campaign centered on wealth creation through his STAT Agenda, which emphasizes the strategic development of solid minerals, tourism, agriculture, and trade to enhance the state’s economic prosperity.
