The Kogi State Commissioner for Environment and Ecological Management, Engr. Joseph Olusegun, has joined family members, friends and political associates across the State and beyond in felicitation with the Kogi State 8th Assembly Speaker, Rt. Umaru Yusuf on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
Engr. Joseph who prayed for long life, good health and sufficient wealth for the celebrant, went further to describe him as a true democrat who is always seen to be readily active in delivering legislative dividends to the people.
“Rt. Hon. Umar Aliyu Yusuf is with no oita of doubt, a man of clear vision and understanding. A reliable and dependable brother and friend and I am happy celebrating with him today on this auspicious occasion. I pray that God Almighty grant him more of His divine grace in all ramifications.”
Engr. Joseph further revealed that the 8th Assembly under the leadership of the celebrant has been nothing short of excellent in terms of performance and in dealings with legislative matters.
He maintained that the leadership traits of the speaker is one that has further strengthened unity and togetherness of all members.
