2023: Jones Inaugurates Unit, Ward Coordinators to Canvass Support for APC Candidates in Bunu

In a bid to preach the Gospel of Tinubu/Shetima and other All Progressives Congress APC Candidates to the Rural Dwellers, Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones has  inaugurated unit and ward coordinators in Bunu, Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area.

The Unit Coordinators are 70 while the Ward Coordinators are 6 with 2 Elders Advisory a d they are to be Chaired by Oyenibi Omojola Sunday, while Omonijo Kelvin is to serve as Secretary.

The Commissioner while speaking during the Inauguration at Edumo Bunu, said the move was to galvanize support from the grassroots for the ruling party in the next general elections.

“My dear people, we must be united to attract development to Bunu. We Must make a difference in the 2023 general elections by going all through for the ruling party. I have believe that Bunu will be great again only if we avoid rancour, division and acrimony.

Hon. Jones, who donated Campaign materials for the coordinators to enable them preach the campaign gospel, urged them to hit the ground running by canversing support for APC ahead of 2023 general Election to ensure that the party come out victoriously.

Meanwhile, Hon. Wemi Jones FCIB, Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology one of the founding APC stakeholder in Kabba/Bunu LGA, conducted a strategic meeting with APC supporters to chart way forward.

The meeting’s goal was to chart the winning strategy for all APC candidate in Kabba/Bunu LGA, “from top to bottom.”

The meeting, according to Hon. Wemi Jones, became necessary as the party prepared for the general elections in 2023 because it needed to foster cooperation, harmony, peace, and focus among all stakeholders.

The APC is doing all possible to enhance and promote the party’s positive reputation by utilizing our human capital.

There were many attendees at the meeting, and they applauded the Honorable Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology for standing as a symbol of uniting the party in Kabba/Bunu LGA.
