A Muslim convert, Pastor Musa Gabriel Gwatana was on Sunday inducted as the Felele Zonal Superintendent of the Christ Apostolic Church, Lokoja Kogi State.
Families of Pastor, friends and stakeholders of the Church as well as well wishers were present at the ceremony.

Born about 70 years ago at Rakpaku now in Kogi Local Government Area of to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Gwatana Damozu Pastor Gwatana attended BEM Primary School GBARADA where he obtained his Primary School Leaving Certificate.
He went to GSS RUBOCHI in FCT for his Secondary School after which he came back home to farm and was converted to Christianity from Muslim in the year 1976.
The Clergyman followed the Gospel Assembly Mission International Headed by Sis Ruth an English woman from the United Kingdom. The Holy Spirit filled Pastor enrolled at Christ Apostolic Church theological seminary Ile-Ife campus where he obtain certificate in theology in the year 1986.
Based on his high determination for western education, he proceeded to Teachers College Zuba and graduated in the year 1992.
Between 1996 and 1999, he went to NTI Lokoja centre where he obtained NCE Certificate. He attended UMCATC Ilorin, an affiliate of University of Ibadan for his Bachelor of Arts in Theology in the year 2006.
The man of God further his academic carrier and got his Masters of Art in Theology from vision international University Califonia between in 2016. He got his PGD in Education in National Open University of Nigeria 2017.
His pastoral journey as a man with the passion for soul winning with the help of God started his Ministerial life with Christ Apostolic Church CAC Ozi.
Other places where he served meritoriously are; CAC Bayan/Pepeji, CAC Akpayan, CAC SerenJama, CAC Gejegeje among others.
He was ordained in Christ Apostolic Church as a Pastor in 1988, as a man who is filled with the power of the Holy Spirit he was promoted to the rank of a District Superintendent of the then newly created Felele District in the year 2002.
Following his Ministerial Proficiency, the leadership of the Church upgraded Felele District to the status of Zone and the man was promoted as the Pioneer Zonal Superintendent in the year 2019
He is married to a God fearing woman MRS. REBECCA G. GWATANA and blessed with God given children.
The epoch making event was not without a charge from the Guest Preacher, Pastor J.C.K Aladesofin.
In his sermon titled: “Consecration and Commitment,” he tasked Christians to renew their commitment to the service of God and humanity, adding that any service to God must be done be pure heart to attain divine reward.
In his response, Pastor Musa Gabriel Gwatana expressed appreciation to God for the elevation and thanked all that supported his carrier.
Pastor Gwatana promised to justify the confidence reposed in him by propagating the gospel of Jesus Christ and called for more support.
