In a statement, Hon. Idris described Hajia London’s passing as a “rude shock,” praising her as a great personality, community developer, and exceptional women mobilizer. She died in London after a brief illness.
Hajia London was renowned for her dedication to empowering women, particularly widows, and her commitment to community development. She was a member of the governing council, University of Abuja.
