The Alliance of North Central Youth (ANCY) has commended the Provost of Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, Dr. Paul Fashagba, for the remarkable transformation taking place across the institution.

In a statement signed by its National Coordinator, Comr. Gabriel Joshua Ojochegbe, the group described the ongoing infrastructural development, administrative reforms, and renewed push for academic excellence as clear evidence of visionary leadership.

ANCY said the changes had restored confidence among students, staff, alumni, and other stakeholders, positioning the college for greater strides in teacher education and human capital development.

The group singled out Fashagba’s efforts in improving the learning environment and resolving long-standing administrative bottlenecks, including the release of thousands of previously delayed certificates to graduates.

It noted that the pace of development reflects a strong commitment to excellence and aligns with the broader vision of advancing quality education in Kogi State.

ANCY urged the college management to sustain the momentum and called on the Kogi State Government and other stakeholders to continue supporting initiatives that will further strengthen the institution.

The group reaffirmed its support for policies and leadership that promote educational development, youth empowerment, and institutional growth across the North Central region and Nigeria at large.
