The Provost of Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba, has approved a fresh round of appointments and renewals for Deans, Heads of Department and other key officers across the institution, as part of efforts to strengthen leadership and academic coordination in the College.
Those appointed and renewed include: Dr. Aminu Ejiga— Dean, School of Education (Renewal), Dr. Bala P. Daniel — Head of Department, Economics, Dr. Jibrin E. Ibrahim — Head of Department, Psychology, Guidance and Counselling, Dr. Augustina Abuh— Head of Department, Physical and Health Education (Renewal), Dr. Sunday Emmanuel— Head of Department, Primary Education Studies and Dr. Onuche Atabo— Head of Department, Computer Science

Others are; Mr. Adejoh Moses Abel — Head of Department, Technical Education, Mr. Yusuf Stephen — Head of Department, Mathematics, Mr. Ocheje Jonathan O— Head of Department, Educational Foundations and Management, Mallam Adam Salman Adam— Exams Officer, School of Languages.
According to the College Management, the appointments are expected to strengthen the leadership structure of the institution and improve coordination, efficiency and service delivery across the various academic units.
The Management congratulated the newly appointed and renewed officers, charging them to bring their wealth of experience, professionalism and commitment to bear in the discharge of their new responsibilities.
