The Bajana of Obajana, Oba Idowu Isenibi has rendered prayer for the peace, unity and development of Kogi State and Nigeria at large as the country join the world to celebrate the New Year.
Oba Isenibi in his goodwill message in commemoration of the New Year obtained by The Drum Reporters prayed for the restoration of the loss in 2022.
He noted that as the nation enters into the electioneering year, there was need to be cautious and play the game of politics according to the rule.
The Monarch urged Nigerians to pray for Godly Leaders at all levels towards making the country a better peaceful place for all and sundry.
He felicitated with the State number one Citizen, Governor Yahaya Bello, the Deputy Governor, Chief Edward Onoja, SSG, Dr. Folashade Ayoade, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Barr. Salami Ozigi and other members of the State Executive Council on the new year.
He also felicitated with the inhabitants of Obajana Community, Obajana in Council, as well as Management and Staff of Dangote Group of Company and wished them a prosperous year ahead.
Oba Isenibi appealed to the State Government to give attention to infrastructure in the Community towards giving the people a sense of belonging in the New Direction Administration.
