Bello Is Not Bankrolling Me, I’m On An Assignment To Bring Prosperity To Kogi, AA Guber Candidate Insist

Ahead of the November 11 Governorship Polls in Kogi State, the Candidate of the Action Alliance, AA, Otunba Olayinka Braimoh has expressed optimism that he would emerge victorious in view of voters believe in his manifesto.

Braimoh made this known when he featured on a programme on Radio Nigeria, Prime FM, Lokoja.

The AA Governorship Candidate emphasized that his STAT Agenda was capable of turning around the fortunes of Kogi as it aimed at providing lasting solutions to the problem of poverty among the people rather than addressing the symptoms.

He expressed the believe that tackling the myriad of socio-economic challenges confronting the people required addressing the root causes.

Otunba Braimoh debunked rumours that he was being sponsored in the governorship race by another candidate stressing that the rumour was being spread by those who have nothing to offer to people of Kogi State.

According to him, he had not met any of them nor their representatives and would not step down for any of the candidates.

Olayinka said he was out for an assignment to rid the state of poverty which was being exercabated by inflation and bad leadership.

On Ajaokuta Steel Company, the AA Governorship Candidate explained that the plan of his party was to buy Ajaokuta as a state through controlling shares so as to really have control and make it work for the people.

He explained that he already had the influence and connections to get funds from willing investors and donors interested in viable investments.

Speaking on the incessant flooding that continued to ravage parts of Kogi State yearly, the AA Governorship Candidate pointed out that the state government under his leadership had plans to truly dredge river Niger and develop the infrastructure that could curb the flooding through build, operate and transfer basis and not continue to share inadequate relief materials to flood survivors annually.
