Christian Community Leader Joins Muslims For Jumaat Prayers in Kogi

The President of Ayetoro Gbede Development Association, AGDA Comrade Olorunmaiye Samuel on Friday joined other Muslim faithful to observe the Jummah prayers at Ayetoro Gbede, Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State.

 

Comrade Samuel made this known in a post on his verified Facebook Account.

During the sermon, the Chief Imam of Ayetoro Gbede, urged the faithful to exhibit kindness to both Muslims community and Ayetoro Gbede at large in whatsoever God has provided for them.

He emphasized the need for Muslims to emulate the Prophet’s good character, highlighting the Prophet’s impartial treatment of individuals regardless of their status, religion, or tribe.

 

The Chief Imam also stressed the importance of maintaining law and order, advocating for passion and discipline in the community.

 

Prayers were offered for AGDA President, members of his cabinet, Traditional council, sons and daughters of Ayetoro Gbede and all the residents of the community, seeking Allah’s blessings for peace and tranquility in Ayetoro Gbede community.
