The Consensus Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Ijumu 1 State Constituency, Hon. Femi Esemikose, on Thursday paid a courtesy visit to the Gbede Traditional Council where special prayers were offered for his aspiration to emerge as the next member representing Gbede at the Kogi State House of Assembly.
The Traditional Council expressed joy over the renewed hope for the long-subdued Ijumu 1 (Gbede) State Constituency and appreciated the APC-led administration for fostering unity, inclusion, and progressive leadership within the constituency.
The royal fathers also pledged continued cooperation with the party leadership and commended the emergence of Hon. Femi Esemikose as consensus candidate.
