INEC Receives Petition For Recall of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday confirmed receipt of a petition for the recall of Senator representing Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan.

 

The Petition was received by the Secretary to the Commission, Mrs. Rose Oriaran, according to a Post on the Facebook page of INEC.

 

“Earlier today, the Hon. Secretary to the Commission, Mrs. Rose Oriaran Anthony, and other senior staff members of the Commission received a petition from registered voters from the Kogi Central Senatorial District for the recall of the Senator representing the District, Mrs Natasha Akpoit- Uduaghan.

 

“The petition was submitted on their behalf by a team led by the Chairperson of the Kogi Women Development Association, Omole Charity Ijese.
