Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Wemi Jones says the just concluded primary election of the All Progressives Congress APC for Kabba-Bunu Ijumu Federal Constituency is theost peaceful and credible in the history of the Constituency.
Jones while addressing Newsmen shortly after the Ayede-Oke Offin Ward APC Members cast their votes in the election said the large turnout demonstrates the acceptability of the Party.
According to him, despite the farming season, the people of the Ward left the farm and came out in their numbers to exercise their rights.
The Commissioner of Education, Wemi Jones applauded the large turnout of supporters, saying the APC remains a party to beat in any election.
He stated that the incumbent Representative of the Constituency has performed excellently, hence the massive turnout to renew his mandate.
