House of Reps Primary: Omodara Applauds Peaceful Conduct, Massive Turnout

Kogi State Security Adviser, Commander Jerry Omodara (rtd) has applauded the peaceful conduct of the Saturday’s primary election across the State.

Commander Omodara, while speaking with Newsmen hailed the supporters of the Party for the large turnout to choose Candidates of their choice.

He expressed satisfaction with the election, saying the exercise has again shown that the Party is waxing stronger under the Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu administrations.

According to him, with the engagement of critical stakeholders before the primaries, the party will produce credible Candidates that will emerge victorious.

The Security Adviser said Kogi State remains the stronghold of the ruling Party, pointing out that Gov. Ododo has provided the platform for APC to grow in the State.

He added that the people of Kabba-Bunu Ijumu Federal Constituency are solidly behind the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ododo as well as all APC Candidates.

Commander Omodara added that the choice of Arc. Salman Idris, the incumbent member representing the Federal Constituency is for consolidation and in the best interest of the people.
