There was jubilation by the residents of Ogidi Community in Ijumu LGA of Kogi State following the commencement of reconstruction of NYSC Asaya Kabba-Ogidi road by a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC, Chief James Abiodun Faleke.

The joy in the arena was palpable as members of the community who saw road construction equipments and engineers being mobilized to site took turns to extol the virtues of Hon(Chief) Faleke for all his good works in the zone not only in infrastructure but all facets of life.

The dilapidated road which is long overdue for reconstruction when completed, will go a long way to ease difficulty being witness by members of the public in accessing the ancient town and will also bring in the needed development.

Hon. Faleke has distinguished himself in the areas of scholarships, women and youth empowerment, facilitating employment for many constituents with his numerous people oriented bills and motions, reason members of the community came out in large numbers to thank him for intervening and ensuring that the long not motorable NYSC Asaya Kabba-Ogidi road wears a new look.
