As Campaigns commence for the National Assembly Election come January 2027, thousands of supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) House of Representative Candidate for Yagba Federal Constituency, Hon. Seun Ibigbemi held a rally to solicit support for his candidacy.
The rally which was held across the Wards in the Mopamuro Local Government Area, had women and youths participating amidst singing and dancing with chanting of sustaining their Stand on Mopamuro Lokan agenda.
Speakers upon speakers not with displeasure the way and manner the Local has been sidelined over the years particularly the House of Representative seat.

Hon. Agunsoye Olorunfemi Ward 3 Chairman, expressed optimism that short changing Mopamuro in Yagba Politics will become a thing of the past as they are ready to deliver one hundred percent for Hon. Seun Ibigbemi.
According to him, the emergence of Hon. Seun as PDP House of Representative Candidate is a clear indication that God is involved in the affairs of the Local Government reclaiming the mandate from those he described as “Goliath.”
He described the PDP Candidate as a man of impeccable character, who has all it takes to provide democracy dividends to the people of Yagba land.
Speaking at Ward 9, the Chairman of the Party in Mopamuro, Captain Mike Elere (rtd) said the rally is a mere awareness as they are ready to deliver the “Mopamuro Lokan Agenda.” to the nooks and crannies of the Local Government.
Captain Elere cautioned the people of the Area not to be deceived by selfish politicians, who are out to destroy the peaceful rotation system in the District.
A Chieftain of the Party in the Local Government, Elder Roland called on eligible voters in the Area and entire Yagba Federal Constituency to trust Hon. Seun Ibigbemi with their votes, saying he is ready to deliver gains of democracy.
