The State Security Adviser to the Kogi State Government, Commander Jerry Omodara (rtd), has announce a new date for the earlier postponed Decamping and Empowerment Program.

The program, which was suspended to honor the memory of the late Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ijumu Local Government Chapter, Mr. Oyewole Mayowa Solomon, will now hold on Tuesday, 15th September, 2026.

Commander Omodara said the decision to reschedule follows wide consultations with party stakeholders and in line with the administration’s commitment to grassroots empowerment and political mobilization across Kogi State.

He urged all invited guests, decampees, party faithful, and beneficiaries to take note of the new date and make necessary arrangements to attend.

The Security Adviser further appreciated the understanding of the people of Olle/Oke-Offin Ward, Kabba/Bunu LG, and Kogi State at large over the earlier postponement, and reiterated his commitment to delivering a successful and impactful program.
