Flood: Kogi Chapter of UNIMAID Alumni Sympathises With Government, People of Borno

The University of Maiduguri Alumni Association, Kogi State Chapter has commiserated with Borno state Governor, Professor Umara Zulum and the people of the state over recent flood disaster in the state.

 

A statement by the Caretaker Chairperson Comrade Habibatu Shuaibu Onakpa and the Secretary, Barrister Joshua Akor in Lokoja assured the people of the association’s prayer and support at this difficult time.

 

The statement sympathize with those who lost their loved ones, homes and means of livelihoods and prayed almighty Allah to strengthen and comfort them.

 

It added that it is their prayers that peace, hope and renewed strength returns to the state soon.
