After an emergency security briefing with the Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON tonight soldiers arrived at the palace of Olukoro of Koro in Ekiti Local Government to begin manhunt which will extend into the bush.
The Governor condemned the development, which he said was reckless, shocking, and abominable.

He has charged the security agencies not to spare any resources to track down the perpetrators, free the spouse and others taken away, and bring them to book.
The Governor also extends his profound condolences to the people of Koro and promised to stand by them at this time and always.
“We will certainly get the perpetrators and ensure that this is their last crime against humanity,” the Governor said.
