Oba Isenibi Kicks Against Protest in Obajana, Calls For Peace

The paramount Ruler of Obajana in Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State, Oba Idowu Isenibi has kicked against the proposed nationwide protest in the Community.

 

The Bajana of Obajana, who stated this in a statement, urged parents to caution their warns against any protest in and around the Community.

The Statement reads “The good and peace-loving people of Obajana Community, Ipatun Land-Oworo, Lokoja LGA, Kogi State; I want to appreciate your conducts in the past and now to ensure the peace and development of our community Obajana. I therefore urge you to advise your people (most especially youths) not to be part any proposed protest in Nigeria and Obajana in particular.”

 

“We are known for peace in Obajana Community and our children, brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers should not be part of any kind of evil and hunger protest aimed at bringing down our national unity.

 

He states that the “Obajana Traditional Council is not ready to allow any form of protest in Obajana Community. Protest of any kind is hereby prohibited in Obajana Land.”

“As a peace-loving Community, we should continue to live in peace and should not engage in anything that will disrupt our peace and development.

“Let us continue to Pray, live and work for the peace and development of our dear country Nigeria. Anyone who refused to obey the Community law shall face the wrath of the law.
