Salman Trains 180 Constituents, Disburses ₦18m for Business Support

The Member representing Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Salman Idris, has empowered 180 constituents with training in poultry management and community peace building.

 

The beneficiaries, drawn from the 30 wards across Kabba-Bunu and Ijumu Local Government Areas, participated in the capacity-building programme held over the weekend.

 

As part of the empowerment initiative, each participant received ₦100,000 to support their businesses and enable them to put the knowledge acquired during the training into practice.

 

The programme is part of Hon. Salman Idris’ ongoing efforts to empower constituents, promote economic self-reliance, strengthen community relations, and improve the livelihoods of people across the federal constituency.

Hon. Salman Idris reaffirmed his commitment to initiatives that provide practical support and create opportunities for constituents, noting that he would continue to work towards bringing succour and meaningful development to the people.
