The Lokoja Branch of Ogidi Development Union chairman, Lokoja branch, a foremost Socio-Socio-Cultural Group, has sent a congratulatory message to Alh. Ibrahim Haruna on his recent appointment as the Caretaker Chairman of Ijumu Local government area of Kogi state.
Branch Chairman of the Union, High Chief Ambrose Adewale, who is also the Elekpo of Ogidi-ijumu kingdom in a statement said the appointment came at the right time when the people of Ijumu Local government are yearning for a clear cut for leadership direction.
He thanked the Governor of Kogi state, Alh. Yahaya Bello, who in his wisdom and foresight saw the potential in the person of our youthful Alh. Haruna and make the decision to appoint him as the caretaker chairman.
He said he is also rejoicing with the Ologidi of Ogidi-ijumu that this is happening during his reign as the king.
He prays to God to grant the incoming governor, Alh Ododo Usman, the wisdom to lead the state in the right direction.
