Unknown Gunmen Kill Two Policemen In Imo

The Nigerian Police have confirmed the gruesome murder of two of its men in Garki Okigwe, Imo State.

The attack according on Saturday morning according to a Tweet on X formerly Twitter by the Force Police Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi.

“Our men attacked and killed by suspected IPOB members in Imo today. May their souls rest in peace. I wonder how someone would allege that we don’t tackle security challenges in Nigeria. If not, how and how do we die? That’s the question.

“These men in Garki Okigwe, Imo State this morning, 23rd April, were on a routine patrol, and they were attacked. They used dynamite on them. It’s so sad. I hope we realise our mistakes on time.
