A group known as Forum of Former Council Leaders Kogi West has conferred an outstanding Award on the Provost of Kogi State College of Education Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba FCNA.
The Forum conferred the Award on the Provost, a man that has changed the narrative of Quality Leadership in the College in Lokoja.
The Award which is another feather, added to the cap of the Provost is also in recognition of his efforts in bringing fresh air to the staff and students of the College.
The Forum noted that the District is proud of the accomplishment of Dr. Fashagba in the area of improving the atmosphere of learning with power and water supply, security and infrastructure.
Dr. Fashagba while responding dedicated the honour to the State Chief Servant, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, who gave him the privilege to serve the State.
He also expressed appreciation to the Management and Staff as well as students of the College for the cooperation given to him since assuming office.
The Provost thanked the Group for honouring him, saying the Award will spur him to do more in adding value to teaching and learning in the State.
He used the opportunity to charge members of the Forum to support the re-election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for Continuity of their transformational and purposeful leadership.
